Reflections

To do this project we did a brainstorming of ideas and we used the Plan for Sustainable Energy of our city hall. Then we chose the cheapest and most possible idea to help reduce CO2 in Sant Gregori.

Our goal was to promote a safe and sustainable route to go to the center of the city by bike.

Today we still don't know if we met our goal but we will know it when we see the visits in our videos, our blog and our Wikiloc route. We have printed posters and used twitter and facebook to promote this site.

The best part of the project was creating the blog and cycling to Girona. If we could change one thing we would have started the project with more time, because we had to do a lot of things.

One important thing we learned is that it is that we need to teach young people to protect the environment because they will be the new generation.

We can make our community more sustainable if we can make that the kids from school go to Girona once a year using el Camí Ral.

We also learned that there are some parts of the route that are not very safe. We have sent an e-mail to the director of mobility of the Girona city hall so he knows and can do something about it.
